Personalized Forms for Registration

1. Go to My Events tab and click on Manage Your Event.

 

2.Go to the Forms tab.

3.Click on Create New Field.

4.Once you have clicked on create new field button a Form Builder from will be visible to you, in which you need to fill in all the details.

 

5.In the Field name, you can enter the name of the field that is required. Order weight gives you the option to choose where your new filed will be listed on the form. Field type gives you the option of accepting Text, Paragraph, Drop menu, URL, Phone, Email, Date as well as file upload.

 

6.Once all the details are filled just change the tab and Your form would be Saved.
