To customize your Form Follow the following Simple Steps:

 

 

1. Go to My Events tab and click on Manage Your Event.

 

2.Go to the Forms tab.

3.Click on Create New Field.

4.Once you have clicked on create new field button a Form Builder from will be visible to you, in which you need to fill in all the details.

 

5.Once all the details are filled just change the tab and Your form would be Saved.
